The Kakima Adventist Special Needs Center is a deaf school.  What a wonderful thing - Adventist special education for the very poor in Kenya.  These children receive special education as well as food, clothing, and books. Truly a life-changer for them.  Each child has not been to school and has not learned sign language before the Special Needs Center.  REACH International donated the funds for the school to be built in 2018, but unfortunately, it was closed for a year due to the pandemic. It is now an active, thriving school and REACH International is looking at ways to expand.
